Two chimichanga’s with steak and black beans, topped with four cheeses that I purchased already shredded and topped with sour cream....tonight will be ALL the foods I’m not suppose to eat👍

Had a coupon for 4 Arby’s mozzarella sticks with the purchase of any sandwich. Ended up with the Arby’s Reuben sandwich 👌👍👍👍👍

Ground beef and roasted corn tacos in deep fried flour shells with guajillo chiles and good cheddar cheese. Giant diet coke from the corner store. So unhealthy so good.

They don't make enough insulin for me to have a giant regular coke or trust me I would go for it. Now if they would just make a diet slurpee that would be heaven.

We diabetes sufferers all rejoice at low numbers so much is off limits 98% of the time. If I read 70 its off for good bread or pizza. I can smell where a donut shop used to be. On the bright side a candy bar lasts me a whole week or longer.

Avocado fries with some homemade jalapeno ranch along side a medium baked sweet potato plain. Growing up my next door neighbor and I shard the same birthday only 60 years apart he always insisted that a sweet potato needs nothing. AG is long gone but I carry on the tradition of never mussing up a sweet potato with brown sugar, globs of butter or marshmallows.

Campbell's Tomato Soup made with buttermilk and butter along with a Polish Ham and American Turkey sandwich, a small one.
The B-milk has curds in it now.... ahhhhh.

Brought back a slice of NY Style Pizza with fungi ( mushrooms ) from an outstanding pizzeria on Rt. 64 in Knightdale. The BEST pizza in NC so far👌👌👍👍👍

Lunch was Hebrew National Franks with real German sauerkraut. Pantry is even lower. Still, for tonight I will be cooking boneless pork chops, candied sweet potatoes, and creamed spinach.
