Enjoyed a nice meal of grilled venison sausage kabobs and kalamata olive rice with feta cheese. Enjoying a tawny port from R. L. Buller & Sons. Done with the pipes for the day. Planning on some Great Dixter and a cuppa joe in the AM.

I'm having a tin of sardines with Huy Fong Sriracha chili sauce. Followed by ramen noodle chicken flavored with black pepper, diced onions, garlic and hoisin sauce.
Breakfast!

Does anyone besides like "Pig in a Poke"? Ground beef or pork wrapped in a cabbage leaf? The ground meat can be enhanced by the addition of your prefered spices and herbs. Make them up, then roast in a broiler rack. See "Receipt Source Dot Com . for recipes.

Tonight it will be Bone in Ribeye's , red taters with green tomato and tarragon with fresh sweet snap peas rounding it out . Sure beats my PBJ in my lunch box right now .

You bet! We add diced potato, onion and carrots to the mix and bake them in a spicy tomato sauce.

Had a couple of gift cards laying around so I had to endure the pain of a Caesar salad, lobster tail and ribeye steak with baked potato with butter and sour cream, oh the humanity of it all!

hubby and I are going out for Mexican tonight. That's my favorite, if I have a choice for my last supper on Earth, that's what I'll choose.

Had fish and chips along with a Caesar salad, cheddar Bay biscuits, and a few top shelf Long Island Iced teas from Red Lobster.

Supper tonight was pork chops cooked in cream of mushroom soup with half the prescribed water, a little fresh ground pepper and a little garlic powder. With that I fixed real mashed potatoes. I cubed , boiled with half an onion chopped. When soft I grounded some pepper, added a big dollop of margarine and manually smashed it all together, adding whole milk to increase its moisture. Simple but tasty!

Pollo Nogalense (Nogales Baked Chicken) it is an Arizona classic. The boneless chicken thigh meat is dipped into egg with, green salsa and minced garlic before it is breaded with fine crumbs mixed with chile powder, Cumin powder, and oregano, then rolled in butter before baking...a squeeze of lime before eating really sets it off. It just isn't the same if I were to use typical store bought chili powder, I buy mine from the same place that my grandmother did, going back to at least the 1940's. potrerotradingpost.com/
