Hot and sweet with macaroni salad Your killing me, Ben. We had the same BBQ grill set up...damn thing rusted out in the innerds sitting on the covered porch...humidity killed it. Now I use the grill top sections as the fire grill under the coals in an old 1954 cast aluminum grill that I've had since it was new. Perfect set up for using the mesquite and post oak fire coals for grillin' just right. I blend my own stuff to make it the way I like it.

Toasted butter garlic sourdough with a heap of RC Provision Pastrami, with shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, and thin strips of Provolone. I deep fried some crinkle cut fries on the side, and a pickle.
Fosterโs Lager
Now smoking a bowl of Scottish mixture.

Ted, you need some real whipped cream to make it perfect...just made some this morning. Would you believe I much prefer Cool Whip on pumpkin pie over fresh whipped cream......something about being created in a Lab taste I guess.....lol. I love Cool Whip. I love whipped cream too, but Cool Whip has its own thing going on. I will eat it with a spoon.

Iโll eat it frozen......the chemicals create a molecular structure that bounces on the floor just before crystallization๐

Not a thing for or against Cool whip.
I was talking to a trucker that had a load on, and he brought it over the Rockies, seems they have to ship it frozen over the high altitudes, or the product will collapse.
I have gotten cream from a local dairy and made my own whipped cream in the Kitchenaid mixer.... I have had no better whipped cream... before, since, or after.
Cool whip has itโs place though... kind of like the Stokkebye flake of whipped cream.

after here, Schwan toaster pancakes, their link sausage, real maple syrup. Side of hot cocoa (don't do coffee in any way). Continue with the newspapers so don't eat too fast!

Oh my goodness. I have no connection or financial interest in Chili's but I just had one of their Boss Burgers.
Smoked brisket, tender rib meat, jalapeno-cheddar smoked sausage, bacon and, oh yea, burger.
with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc.
O.M.G.
I had to use a fork and to take off and eat separately one layer of meat. So good. I left the restaurant in a protein haze.
Here in my home office enjoying some Rimboche S.J. as an after lunch smoke.

That sounds impressive! No Chili's in these parts. I think there is one about 65 miles north in Alamosa CO.

Paddy ^^^^^^^ that looks awesome ๐๐๐๐
Iโm slow cooking a sausage with vegetables stew. Was in the mood for a good home cooked meal. Would you believe it was 34 degrees Fahrenheit here in Knightdale this morning. I woke up with stiff legs!!

For a diabetic like me, protein is a good thing. Luckily I do not have a cholesterol issue, and my BP has always been good.
But I want to keep it that way so I have to be careful and not drive past Chili's too often.

Eddy Brand Texas Smoked Beef Sausage. This time steamed and dunked in Trader Joe's Dijon Mustard. Very good. From Yoakum, TX. Some far off place east of San Antonio and south of Dallas.
