Someone in the neighborhood has painted their Mustang fluorescent yellow. It's the brightest thing I have ever seen that wasn't internally illustrated. I was turning onto my street and it was in the opposite lane and I had to shield my eyes from the glare. The white car behind it was no problem. I thought I was just having a weird episode until the wife came home and commented on it.

Wife just shared a giant Snickers with the dog and I did not get any. I had a yellow ford pickup great color for the Mojave desert not so good in swamp country. I had a company truck also a Ford it was painted safety orange yellow and it was ugly.

I had a company truck also a Ford it was painted safety orange yellow and it was ugly. This wasn't like any yellow that I have ever seen outside of a black light poster. I had a Canary yellow 71 T-Bird that was about the brightest yellow that I've seen on a factory paint job. This was a couple of orders of magnitude brighter. |

I didn't say give em the whole bar. But all my dogs have loved M@M's I think they build up a tolerance just a small piece or three because dogs have a sweet tooth just like humans. Most of the dogs I have owned have darn near lived forever and secret is the fastest way to kill a dog is with dog food. We are down to Chihuahua now and she eats what we eat and loves Cure 81 ham and Bordens cheese slices and no you cant fool her with cheap cheese.

However, our dog managed to eat a kilogram of dark chocolate Toblerone that was left on the table accidentally. Didn't phase her. |

Different breeds have different tolerances for chocolate. My friends lab almost died from one Hershey bar. Our first Yorkie got kidney damage from a few Hershey kisses.

I had a Basset Hound that ate a whole tray of fudge with no ill effects. That same Christmas, he ate a whole spiral ham. Later that night he threw it up on my (now ex) wife's side of the bed.

So we pulled out the six tubs of Halloween decorations me and the wife have saved up over the years. Took about two hours to get them all up. The down side is that the number that have deteriorated enough to get rid is less than the new ones she has picked up. I am assuming next year it might be seven tubs. Time for a pipe. 😀

I'm taking a harvest service tomorrow for a friend. He's invited me over for lunch after. He also suggested I bring a pipe for a smoke after dinner. I'm bringing my newly acquired pouch of Presbyterian mixture and my mr brog pipe.
Looking forward to a pleasant afternoon smoke with a good friend.
