If'n you could choose any fast food you wanted what would it be?
Mine would be
A double Whopper with cheese from Burger King Large fries from McDonalds if they are fresh Large vanilla shake from Dairy Queen
I know everyone on this forum has has this thought more than once so pony up, lets hear what your ideal combination would be?

Great question...
Steak kebab on chip with house sauce
But I do love a double whopper with McDonald's fries.
If burger King did McDonald's fries I'd be at burger King more often.
... But then again, I also love a zinger tower burger at kfc.
You've opened up a can of worms here. I've gone into an infinite loop.

Arbys roast beef with or without cheddar or extra nonsense, or Jimmy John's those subs are outstanding regardless of whats on it.

I have a thing for Arby's fish sandwiches which are seasonal, appear sometime after the holidays but gone before Derby; otherwise, Subway...if I have to.

With my health issues I can no longer eat ANY chicken. It’s the most inflammatory meat one can eat. I never knew... Inflammatory how? What gets inflamed? It can effect every muscle and organ. It can exacerbate pain and swelling if you have neuropathy, MS and even those that suffer from fibromyalgia, plus a few more diseases.

If I could only have one item from any fast food place again, it would be the shredded chicken mini quesadilla from tacobell.

For me its not so much specific food but establishments. And this is only when they are running perfectly with a good staff.
Taco Bell - It's freakin' Taco Bell! Arby's - That roast beef and the BBQ brisket, pretty good stuff. Cookout - The food really tastes like a basic neighborhood cookout with friends and they make wicked shakes. Wendy's - A straight up good burger that's juicy and the never frozen patty really makes a difference. Steak 'n Shake - The only downside is the fries could be better. Sonic - The hot dogs stink but tatter tots are a fun side option. Skyline and Gold Star Chili - Both are great for Cincinnati style chili. BoJangles - If you gotta get fried chicken without going to a real old school southern establishment, then its the next best thing.

Not a huge amount of fast food to choose from here, but my wife and I like bean burritos from Taco Bell. Simple food but you need the Fire sauce! We, well I like Little Caesars deep dish pepperoni lunch pizzas too. Soon we'll have a Captain D's near us; salty, greasy, battered, deep fried fish! Good once in a while.

Just not the same without the dreary winter's day to go along with the bowl of chili four way though. Popeyes>BoJangles.

Carne Asada burrito ... all their food would qualify though.
Carolina’s Mexican food, local small chain that makes tortillas from scratch, and everything else too.

I agree that Burger King's flame broiled burgers were good. Sadly, the one in Taos had to close as they poisoned too many customers. Their store has been empty for about a year. No other company has wanted to move in and it is a perfect location.
You cannot pay me enough to visit McDonalds again. OK, there is a price point for me. Make an offer. LOL!
Wendy's, in Taos, is well run with The Baconater being a staple for some people here. I have delivered Triple Baconaters to a friend while in the hospital. He could not stand to be serperated from his B.
Popeyes. Yes! I wish they were here in NM. Ditto Arby's.
DQ does indeed make an excellent Shake. Strawberry being mine. I have been known to pick up one at DQ and then head on down the road to El Parasol for a Pork/Avacado Burrito.
Mostly, I patronize Guadalahara Grill (northside). Their three taco plate (pork, shredded beef, marinated chicken) or Barbacoa Taco Plate is hard to beat although, owing to an expanding waist line, I have to go with a half-order.
