...some of my older tribal friends use it regularly...many have issues with pain...others use it for visions and cleansing rituals...some of the younger ones use it just to get high...while I don't use it, I see nothing wrong with using it, especially if it lessons pain, and can counteract some forms of PTSD, etc. I tried some back in the late 60's and didn't care for it...like some have said, I'd go slow to begin with...

Go to the grocery store, buy LOTS of your favorite foods and snacks, then go to a head shop and pick up a pack of papers, roll some joints and sit back lite up and enjoy ! ( the food & snacks are for when you get the munchies ! )

There was a “ Want & Warrant “ out for an owner of an Italian restaurant for selling pizza with a high priced topping under the cheese of opioids. He fled to his homeland, he was extradited back to the States. |

California is a legal state. You should have no problem pursuing marijuana as a medication option, especially in SF!
It has to be better than increasing pharmaceuticals.

This has been really educational for me.
I never knew it's stronger than it used to be, and I never knew that the new stuff doesn't have the same anxiety effects.
Is it legal in SF? I wonder if it will ever be legalised in the UK. It certainly seems to be less damaging than alcohol.

I wonder if it will ever be legalised in the UK. It certainly seems to be less damaging than alcohol. It should be legalized in the UK for medicinal purposes. They will realize it’s BIG revenue for the government. |

Leafly.com has info on strains and the effects of them. The THC content in some of them are extremely high. Strains like Charlotte's web were bred specifically for very high CBD and VERY low THC.
The things that have been done in marijuana cultivation over the last decade have been remarkable.

Anything herbal over Big Pharma is preferred. I'm stocking up on Kratom while still available as it's been a wonderful supplement at low doses.

Havent had any luck finding that. Kava seemed to help me with stress and anxiety. The ground root, not the powder or extract.

I'm stocking up on Kratom while still available as it's been a wonderful supplement at low doses. ...what she gave me is called "Lemon Sour Diesel", but I doubt there is any standard in terms of naming, potency, etc. I'm not certain the potency issue is really a thing, considering that the product is now exclusively buds as opposed to the mix of bud/leaf we used to get in the 60s/70s... |

It's very common now to see hybrids of older strains. Lemon and Sour Diesel were both their own thing at first ... both very good too.  |

Go for it. It’s a natural herb. Try a little bit at first. It has to be better than taking a pill. And then taking another pill for the side effects of the first pill.
I use topical CBD oil for chronic pain. Works great for knee pain.
