Did you read the instructions? đ Sounds like a great day. What load are you using with the Keith. 429421? I was winging it, Ron. I was shooting a 700X load. I forget how much. I run my velocity around 900 fps. I've got a bunch of Unique that I'll probably use for mine if I ever get going on it. I have a lot of Red Dot for jacketed low power loads and Blue Dot for medium-heavy loads. Going to try to not buy any more powder if I can help it. My snubbie is a magnum so I'll probably load 9.5 grains of Bullseye. That should be snappy, but not close to the mag load. The Blue Dot should make a good hunting load in the Blackhawk.

I only use 700X because I bought a 5lb can years ago and found it to be pretty good in my 44 Specials. When it is gone, I wonât get more. I tend to prefer spherical. My favorite pistol powders are Unique, Bullseye, W231, AA5, 2400 and Power Pistol. I have tried many others, but these are the best for my purposes. I could probably get by with just three of these though. If I had to choose just one, it would be Power Pistol or 231.

I have enough to load a couple of dozen 38 plinker loads. I bought several cans of Red Dot when I couldn't find anything else. I haven't used it yet but it should substitute for Bullseye, which I also haven't seen in a dogs age. I bought 2 pounds of Blues Dot on clearance!! Least useful powder for my needs.

Over the past few years I have held my nose and bought 8/12# jugs of the powders I use the most of: Varget, Benchmark, IMR4064, 231, Bullseye, Unique, 2400, and a couple more. I figgered it was worth giving up some food and other luxuries for a while. Iâm not sorry I did that.

Why settle for a cruiser?

Why settle for a cruiser? That, bud is a Dreadnought, and the former Flagship of the United States Navy. The Battleship Texas, if you will. The last existing dreadnought and a veteran of 2 world wars.

I toured that fine lady back in 98. A fine ship. She's in drydock now, being repaired and refitted. Probably going to be put in a dry box after to keep her from rusting. I think this is the 4th bottom. Most likely to end up in Galveston.

I know it's not a revolver, but I feel like I need this gun in my collection. You need to do some serious excavation on your pond first. I can supply the captainâs hat with scrambled eggs on the brim.

A Herculean task to repair that bottom! battleshiptexas.org/drydock/With the supersonic missiles just to take out ships that the Chinese claim to have, I think naval warfare looks like a one way ticket to a watery grave for sailors in any future warfare.

They've been saying that for hundreds of years, ever since Greek fire. They keep improving the ships as they improve the weapons. Those battleships were tough.

I can supply the captainâs hat with scrambled eggs on the brim. This would completely cover the pond and most of the front yard. And probably cause a few accidents on the highway. It would pretty much be take the whole acre. I'm trying to buy the lot next door which would be better. It's more level, with a wet weather creek, quicksand and gullies. Just plop her down in the middle and aim those 14 inch guns at the semis using exhaust brakes and no mufflers.

Most of those are log trucks. I doubt they ever go through a weigh station. Also, I know that a bunch have cutouts that they open as soon as they hit the city limits.

I had a 1946 Autocar single axle tractor back in 1970. It had been a logging rig. Brownie Spencer 4 & 3 and a Hall Scott OHC, dual ignition, I6. An old fire truck engine. It was loud. It was bad. It was fast.

We can tell it is the USS Texas from the foc'sle arrangement. Appears to be in WW2 config with all them AA batteries. Long service history of a most distinguished ship. God bless all who sailed in her.
