Two top shelf favourites together: Ashton Artisan’s Blend in the Malaga Lumberman. “Very nice, strong citrus” in the tin, “very mild” in the room says the wife as we watch the F1 race. 🤠 Good Morning!

I’ve decided on the unsmoked NOS Kaywoodie Heritage Antique Shape 55 as the first to break in. I’m starting it off with 1/4 bowl of LJP Tashkent and am already in Nearvana! This blend burns beautifully well. Cleaners pass through the large 60 year old rusticated briar with just a slight bit of fiddling. It will be a great pleasure to get to full capacity with this great piece of pipe history. And to think I have 19 more to break in! Footnote: I do have some duplicates in the collection I might could be persuaded to sell/trade. 😁

Proryv (2006) movie, Height 776 in Chechnya-Airborne 6th Company’s last stand. 90 men against hundreds of enemies and when ammo are out nothing left than bayonets-knives-shovels to fight against them. With no reinforcements coming when the terrorists launch their final attack the remaining paratroopers light a candle and charge. I am smoking Savinelli Armonia in a Stanwell, Greek Liqueur Eoliki beside me.

Been smoking Royal Yacht all day in various shop pipes while building some new sanders and a buffer. Variable speed Ken? Slower the better for buffing pipes. My 1 cents can't offer 2.

I have several nice pipes that I haven't gotten around to to smoking because I already have more broken in than I can smoke. I just can't resist a brand new Radice for $80.
