This morning, LL-7 in a Savinelli Estella Non-pareil...now Old San'Francisco, in a Duff Root, blue dot billiard from Sasieni. I've been on the fence over an estate 4 dot bulldog, at Smokingpipes.com, but the passing of Matches has me thinking of a Savinelli 637 instead.

Good morning patchers. I worked a midnight shift last night and took the train home. Then had a 30 minute wait for the bus, to finish the journey. what better thing to do with 30 minutes than to lunt along the Fox river with my pipe. Smoking Charlie’s Chance. This fella looked a bit cold, so I thought this might help to warm him!

Had my winter break. Back to it, together with a couple of Ghurkas throughout the week, with a bowl of Carter Hall that I got as a gift last week.
