Pork chops, carrots and potatoes. Going to throw some onions in there too. Luckily I made apple sauce yesterday. Can't have pork chops without apple sauce!! Most definitely. Ditto, pork roast.

I can report that Gin soaked RAISINS are effective in reducing the effects of joint inflammation. Mine soaked for about a month and I tried them this afternoon. I do not recommend overdoing it with excessive consumption but a little goes a long way to feeling better.

10oz hamburger from the Cass County Seat Cafe. Iced tea on the side. If possible, next time, a photo, please. I never tire of looking at Hamburgers. They are the most photogenic of foods.

Not now, but tonight. The ‘Krossbow Kid’ just delivered about 10 pounds of backstraps from his big buck. There’ll be a stove festival this evening.

Bangers and mash with Cesar salad. I remember Bangers Mash with Peas from the early 1970s in the UK. Returning in the late 1980s to work in London, I surprised to see "Mash" had been replaced with "Chips". Banger and Chips was the go-to Pub lunch at that time. Banger quality had also changed over time. As Sid James once remarked, "There is a reason Dog Racing has been banned."

Had a Culver's Rueben sandwich for my biggest meal today. I miss those, but I haven't had one since over 4 years ago when they closed the Culver's by my office. Had a Schlotskys Original medium sandwich on dark rye. 780 calories.

I walked out of the Yard house and a cigar lounge was next door, mMirage Cigar lounge in Rancho Mirage.
Sweet lady working the register, and a fine lounge to enjoy a stick.
