We had KFC at the park for my birthday, and gathered with the grandkids before they headed off to trick-or-treat. Sounds like an awesome time. Happy Birthday!! (forgive my lateness). |

Up at 0300. SO, a sandwich of thick sliced Boar's Head Mortadella on whole wheat sourdough bread, open face. A glass of low sodium V-8 juice. Check TV for the "Situation". Not much progress. Back to bed and a book. Sleep Well, my friends.

shortly to be a JimmyDean "breakfast bowl" sausage variety. Will add a sprinkling of shred cheese to the plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa & all to smoking room des & continue with the papers, as mentioned in WAYS, more yard work ahead

Pan Fry not hot enough. I need to go Deep Fry with these. Great batter: egg, buttermilk, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, minced garlic, baking powder, baking soda. Flour dredged. Needs HEAT. Deep fry, I think. I have the iron, just need peanut oil.
Gravy was out of this world. I worked on it long time. Veloute base because I am out of fresh milk.

I came home last night and was greeted by my daughter and granddaughter that in a team effort baked me an Apple/ Blueberry pie, phenomenal filling, and with a great crust.  |
