I tried making a pie crust one time and it was a dismal failure. So on the occasion, that I make a pie, I cheat with the refrigerated dough.

Made a pot of Garbanzo bean soup yesterday...turned out pretty good...had some last night, refrigerated it for the night, now eating a Boars Head roast beef sandwich with yellow mustard on a Hawaiian bun.

by the time da wifie finally makes her way downstairs, be brunch time. Usual Sunday fare of 4 eggs, mangled ham slices & shred cheese. Done in "griddle" part of GeoForeman grill. Usual drinks. No stovetop cooking for years. Too damn old to bother with any/all cleanup. Bake, grill, nuke works for us
