I rolled into Sierra Vista Az from El Paso after servicing 6 customers, no restaurant at the hotel, so I raked the pony back to Circle K convenience store...ham and cheese Sammiches.
They were better than I thought they would be.
I can work 14 hours to be compliant, logged out at 13:57 hours... sadly, I am getting too good at this.😝

Drank a lot of Chang beer too when last in Thailand. I’m trying to remember the other Thai beer but can’t put my finger on it..... Tsing Ha? Singha. that is the one I served in my restaurant years ago. Yes... that’s the one! I see I was right just spelled it wrong. Thanks for jogging my memory! Cheers.....👊😁

I made two scrambled egg, onion and cheese breakfast burritos earlier. I eat well over a dozen eggs a week easy just by myself.
I like 'em. They're easy to cook, they lend themselves to a variety of options, and they're diet friendly. Im staying down around 183-185 lbs, and I feel so much better. My bp has dropped 40 points with no meds.

Singha. that is the one I served in my restaurant years ago. I spent 7 months in Thailand once. I had 2 Heinekens the whole time I was there. I saw the Singha, but never tried it there. But I did have a little bit of Singha in China where I was breaking horses for awhile. I dont remember it as particularly bad or good. My favorite over-seas beer, however, was Windhoek. It's a German beer bottled in Namibia (I think). I was in Botswana for about a month, and I really liked it, and Im not a big beer drinker. I've never seen it anywhere but Africa.

Eggs are a good food. It is the butter or bacon fat they are cooked in which kills us. LOL! I often hard boil or poach them to try and reduce the damage.

We have skillets that we can fry eggs in without any oil, but we usually use ghee or or bacon fat. But not much.
