Home made baked lasagna and a Sapporo beer to wash it down. I had a Sapporo Black today before dinner. Dinner was a mixed green salad with my homemade dressing. Grilled chicken breast on the side with some chopped Carolina reaper peppers

Me and the worlds greatest chihuahua sharing a jalapeno beef stick from the good butcher in Chappel Hill. Picked up three two bone prime ribs and nine bone in prime ribs steaks. Two pounds of sirloin cuts so I can make real chili and whole mess of sausage links as well as breakfast sausage.

Got my garlic sauce in the mail. So eating it with some frys. It’s good. Would be fantastic on a roast beef sub. A couple bottles of this came in the mail, and so far only tasted it on the spoon. This stuff is really, really good.

The wife and I are headed to parts unknown for Thanksgiving, so since my brother who is in town and leaves prior to Thanksgiving, we are smoking a bird working up above the breast skin and around the thighs with seasoned butters with spices and herbs Southwestern stuffed with my southwest stuffing recipe...not one I created, but one that I latched on to. Cornbread, hatch chiles, onions, garlic, sage, thyme, bacon...a most killer stuffing mix. people that hate stuffing become converts.Doing the Lord's work.

That is close to my usual stuffing mix. I do not know if I can get a turkey this year. It is a long journey to town and Taos is real bad with the COVID. Not sure it is worth the risk. I had planned to make a stuffing with smoked duck and oysters. To me, that is the best part of the meal!!!
