Turkey Pot Pie. With the lightly smoked turkey, it really rocks.  I love a turkey pie and yours looks great. I am trying to get a bird. Tomorrow with be the day. The goal is to avoid the plague ridden town. It works something like this. Albertson's executes a forward pass of a turkey through my ex-wife's car window. then, she laterals to me at her house and I dash over the home yard line. |

Made a trade with the neighbor.
She gave us a couple slices of pineapple upside down cake.
I gave her a quart or so of homemade pumpkin spice ice cream.

It’s my moms birthday so and she wanted Chinese takeout so me and my dad got her that. Curry chicken. My shy pork and chow fo yum. And I probably misspelled all that.

soon as done here, to be (2 lg) Schwan #662 toaster waffles, one cycle. Add usuals & nuke to plateful of mess. Other doings...in WAYS thread. My guess would be around 70% of our in-home food would be Schwan products, around 20yrs now.

The usual morning, a small El Monterey Breakfast Burrito with bacon, egg, potato and queso. A thin Cheddar Cheese quesadilla with a whole wheat tortilla as a wrap to the burro.

I am ashamed to say that this was a K-cup. My wife packed the moka pot with the French presses and they are yet to be found. It was pretty good though. I reduced the amount of water and it's doing the trick. |

That is a lot of turkey for me so the dogs and cats will also be well fed. At Albertsons, the customer has no control over the size of the bird they pass off to you. Me ex got an 8 pound and the 17 in one order. |

More of the lamb roast. Juice sweated out and collected in the bottom of the pan. Laced with garlic and rosemary from the roasting. Wine added and reduced to a wonderful sauce. I ate too much! Roast potatoes, carrots and Brussels Sprouts.

Got the immediate family together early for Thanksgiving dinner tonight.
So it was:
Smoked Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, cream cheese corn, apple salad, green bean casserole, raw veggies and dip, cranberry sauce, rolls, deviled eggs, Chex mix.
And then - pecan pie, pumpkin pie, homemade pumpkin spice ice cream.
