Two left over Moose Nuts Pancakes from yesterday. Smeared with crunchy peanut butter and topped with a sliced banana. Reheated in the microwave oven which promptly knocked the Smart TV in the kitchen out of service. I had to reboot the thing to pick up my internet router signal again. I guess the old microwave oven is leaking RF radiation.

Two inch thick single bone prime rib named from a cow named Fred from Brenham Texas all grass fed cow with no antibiotics and the butcher speaks English. You know Brenham home to Blue Bell ice cream and the happiest cows on earth. In the marinade for dinner later on.

I’m more of a breast man myself..... I meant chicken wise! Oh that dirty mind of yours! Given a choice, the thigh is the tastier portion. Usually I go for 1/2 chicken at KFC or other spots. I prefer Leg Quarters to breasts for the grill. Breasts have an advantage for stuffing them with ham, cheese, broccoli, spinach, butter, mushrooms. Wow, I am making myself hungry.

That looks great Justin perfect portions! Charlie I got me a 3 bone prime rib roast at Kroger for 3.98 a lb more than enough for Christy and meself to make a I ate to much meal. Nolan Ryan chuck Angus roast was also 4.00 a lb so I grabbed that as well but Hamburger was 6.99 a lb so it stayed in the store.

Garlic naan and chicken vindaloo from a local place I had never been to had a Uber eats coupon. So figured I’d try it. Food is good not as spicy as I’d like it. But I haven’t eaten at this place before so didn’t want to risk it with extra spicy.

3 types of salami from a "Charcutier Pack". Calabrese, Toscano, Milanese and White Cheddar Cheese on dense whole wheat bread trimmed down to the size of the individual cold cuts. Making dainty open faced "Finger Sandwiches". These I eat with pinky extended. Fancy, here.

I am shortly to demolish a Rotisserie chicken from a store in Taos. Red Cabbage, sautéed in clarified butter and peppered heavily. A Baguette from Santa Fe where they know something of bread.
Following which I should read Turgenev or Dostoyevsky.

But the best part is the split pea soup using the ham bone that’s left over. I ordered a whole Tennessee Country Ham in on my position. Air lift should occur next week in time for a New Year's Dinner of Ham and Beans. That is the best thing about New Years! Slices will be distributed to the worthy here about.
