walks earlier & WAYS done. To be Schwan #481 toaster pancakes, one cycle. Add usuals, nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa & all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers. Should be quiet day ahead

Just had some..Chocolate Chip Pancakes with diet Syrup,and Bacon...Diet Syrup isn't nearly as good as regular,but it has a lot less sugar.

Yer killin' me, Ron...that sounds so much better than what I had...which was a can of Progresso Onion soup (which I had to order from Walmart as they don't carry it on the shelves) with a half a toasted English muffin diced along with provolone cheese also diced and put on top of the muffin with onion soup poured over top...stringy, but delicious! |

Shrimp fajitas there was also a few beef and chicken strips but the shrimp stole the show. The wife had filet mignon fajitas. We really worked up a apatite after having sex at HR Block on the floor after finding out we did not owe any taxes.

all semi-important things done. To be usual Sunday brunch of 4 lg eggs, mangled ham slices, shredded x-sharp cheddar in "griddle" part of indoor GeoForman grill (no stovetop cooking here). k-cup cocoa for me, same but decaf for her. Quiet day ahead hopefully

A big salad of home grown micro-greens including Sunflower, Sweet Pea and Spicy Radish.
Onions, carrots, celery and grilled chicken laid on top with a light touch of Smokey Caesar dressing.
My wife grows these micro-greens and we always have a few full trays to cut fresh.
They are very nutrient rich, taste amazing and require very little light / care … highly recommended.
