all "early" things done. Heading for Schwan #662 toaster waffles (2), one cycle, usual adds & nuke to plateful of mess. That + k-cup cocoa & all to smoking room, eat & continue with the papers. Should be quiet day ahead.

Banquet Frozen Fried Chicken. That was all I good get at the local gas station. From looking at the size of the pieces, clearly Park Pigeon. Could you actually identify any of the pieces as chicken? The wife and I believe that it's iguana. The shapes were OK. Legs and thighs clearly identifiable. The breast piece looked like it had been punched through a die. Everything very small.

To be soon, Zweigle's red dawg, 12mins at 300f on indoor GeoForeman grill. Usual side of Mussleman's smooth applesauce. Later with Jeopardy as company, store brand tea & cookies

Had lunch at Carl Jr's and got a Big Carl burger. Place was deserted, they would only take to-go or drive-through orders, no one could stay in and eat. Fine with me, my '95 F350 dually aint sized for certain drive-throughs, so I went in. And I finally got a hot, fresh burger for a change.

Went back to the Chinese restaurant again...owner, for the first time in years, said thank you for coming in. I told him that people are acting crazy in thinking you would want to kill off your customers...he just shook his head in agreement. He gave me some extra appetizers to show his appreciation...this place is usually crowded and you have to wait for people to leave in order to get in the place.

Brought home a small 4-pound CornedBeef Brisket, cabbage and small Gold Potatoes. Yep, gonna make-a the St. Patricks Day dinner and eat most of it myself since death awaits any who dare meet. No, seriously, I will share with one or two friends. I may have to spray them with Lysol.

Had Pho for lunch. Bleh. Leftover chicken fajitas for dinner followed by a big chunk of soda bread with RAISINS! On Sunday, I made pancakes from scratch with raisins. Problem was, these RAISINS were very old and the pancakes tasted like shrimp. Go figure.

adding my congrats to those in sobriety mentions. I've gotta be the world's cheapest "drunk". One IPA 7.0 AVB late a nite & probably asleep in around 30secs after crashing.
Back to on-topic, next up Schwan #481 toaster pancakes (3 to the pkg), one cycle. Add the usuals, nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa & all to smoking room desk, eat while continuing with the papers.

Reheated three more of my "Shrimp" pancakes. Very odd. The Maple Syrple helped, some. Now I have indigestion.

For reasons unclear to me, there are no Carl's Jr. restaurants in New Mexico. So, I have to drive to Walsenberg CO. That is about 90 miles and over La Veta Pass. I think of Carls as being a step above McDs, Wendy's, etc. Good place.

For some reason Carl's did not go over in the Houston are despite the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger being the greatest thing since canned beer and sliced bread. Reheating the leftover ribs while making wild rice with diced baby carrots and other odds and ends from the fridge. I am also very tempted to heat up the whole grain batard or at least some dinner rolls with some whipped butter and honey.

Spicy chicken burrito with Pico de Gallo
If you can find "My Nana's" tortillas anywhere they are the best store bought by a long ways.
