Life got in the way ,this morning, and my would-be steak and egg breakfast ended up being supper. The upside is that I added hot biscuits and peppered country gravy...the wife says my gym has reopened...thank goodness!!! With biscuits and gravy, you gonna need that gym!!

Began the day at dawn with a 4 ounce burger (85/15) patty, a slice of white cheddar, red onion, all on a slice of fried whole wheat bread topped with romaine lettuce. Just the thing!!!

Some Chili Con Carne starting with a can of Wolf's Chili to which I added my beans, charbroiled elk, beef meatballs, and beef rib meat. Came out just fine. Wolf's does a nice job.

Shweetie made something called taco bake. Some kind of casserole with a layer of biscuit dough on the bottom, then ground beef, pinto beans, cheese and a guacamole/green chili sauce on that, baked in the oven. Pretty tasty. And filling.
