I just wrapped the complete series of Rockford Files. I doubt our kids know anything about this show.

Watched the first episode of "Your Honor". Looks like it's going to be great. Takes place in New Orleans. I recommend it!!!!!

We just finished 'Tales from the Loop'. I'll give it a 9 out of 10. There were a couple of weak episodes, but a strong finish. Looking forward to the next season.

I just wrapped the complete series of Rockford Files. I doubt our kids know anything about this show. The episode with a young Tom Selleck (Lance White) had me rolling. It sucks that James Garner got screwed on the royalties and lived in anguish from back injuries sustained as an actor. He was a fun guy to watch.

Watching the first episodes of Saturday Night Live, a true cast of comedic genius that wasn’t obsessed with politics like the current crop of “comedian’s” that fancy themselves as such.
A nice respite.

Watched “Blue Bloods” last night. Does Tom Selleck not age? Except for a few extra pounds and a little grey with glasses, he’s the same guy from the “Magnum PI” days.

Watched “Blue Bloods” last night. Does Tom Selleck not age? Except for a few extra pounds and a little grey with glasses, he’s the same guy from the “Magnum PI” days. He's holding up well, but he started out a lot better looking than most. When we can't remember his name, we call him "No Kidneys", from his first part in the movie Coma. In the 6 degrees of separation area, at the NRA convention in Houston my son and I wanted to look at a very old S&W Model 1. He took it out and let us handle it. As we were checking it out he told us that he was at another event that wouldn't allow the visitors to handle any firearms, and Tom Selleck got furious that he couldn't handle the Smith.

You notice that he doesn't ride horses or jump over cars anymore. Age catches up with all of us.

A nice respite. Holding the politics aside I get a huge laugh out of Kristen Wiig's impersonations. She is brilliant. Her Katherine Hepburn had me rolling on the floor. Her Ann Margaret was so good it was hard to tell them apart except Ann is a stronger dancer.

Finished the queen's gambit. Really liked it. Maybe one for bonanzadriver. Now on to money heist. Not bad, but awful dubbing. Best to watch with subtitles, I think.

I have seen several skits which were not political and quite funny. There is plenty of talent there.

Been watching a lot of PBS lately as I’m finding there’s too much crap from the other networks.

Watched The Salisbury Poisionings on AMC Streaming, remember Russia poisioned a man and his daughter. Well it affected the whole town, very good drama about trials and tribulations Authorities had to cope with. I’d give it a 10.

Star Trek Discovery awaits!

Watched part of the first episode of "The Good Lord Bird", the John Brown bio-pic. Well acted and directed. Ethan Hawke does a good performance.

Last night we watched the first episode of “Sharps Rifles” with Sean Bean on DVD from the library. We have no tv service of any kind, so sometimes I watch short clips of programs on YouTube. Lately I’ve bounced between “Justified”, “Person of Interest” and “Black List”.

Lately I’ve bounced between “Justified”, “Person of Interest” and “Black List”. "Justified" was a hoot. I loved those characters. Boyd Crowder was a character! Little Dewey Crowe and Constable Bob always made me laugh. I have known too many like both of them over the years.
