Here’s mine! I have seen the benefit of keeping litters together and with their mama for as long as possible. If I were to adopt today, it would be as much of a litter as possible.

This summer's crop of kittens: "Ruger", "Luger", and "Walther" along with old "Sadie the Calico from years past. "Berretta", the Tortoiseshell kitten, is hiding.

"Luger", the short hair orange tom pictured above, has become my new pal. Whenever I sit, he is on the chair arm or table next to me. He tolerates the dogs and is unimpressed by them. Right now he is sitting next to me watching the computer screen with interest.

Right now he is sitting next to me watching the computer screen with interest. That's the motleyest(?) looking bunch of cats I've ever seen. I guess it's the weather and being outside cats. Jasmin the ranch cat wouldn't be caught dead looking like that! 😁 🤠

I left town for a few days and came back to find my wife had adopted a big, orange, hairy, stray tom. But he lives in the barn and catches mice, so it's all good.
My 3yo grand daughter named him "Huckle". I have no idea what that means. I just call him "cat".

I have to use a live trap with bait to catch them for spaying and neutering. The short hair orange had to good sense to follow me into the house, take over and be my pal.

Dog knows it will be out competed and dog days are numbered. Cats will rule the earth and be the dominate mammalian species. Humans relegated to slavery.

SInce the dawn of mammals, cats have out competed and eliminated dozens of canine species. This fact from a documentary on "Nature", PBS.
The way I see it, cats will continue to out compete all other mammals and eventually be the apex species. Once out of hunting prey, they will turn to the cultivation of food. This means they will rise from four to two feet, their tales will shrink, their dexterity improve and they will become taller. That is how evolution works. So, down the road, the planet will be dominated by Cat People.
I hated the musical "Cats" but it seems Andrew Lloyd Webber was right!!!!

Clearly, just imaginative speculation but not without some foundation. LOL! I spend much time walking between the water hydrant and the stock tanks and much time with the hose filling said tanks. Plenty of time to think over such things.

Window cracked open between the living room and the attached room with outdoor access where the feral cats reside. Feral kittens are now running amok inside the house. Never a dull moment here!
