I don't normally post what I'm eating, it just isn't that exciting. My wife's been visiting the grandkids in S. Texas for a week and a half and I've been eating less exciting than normal. I decided to break that mold this evening. I thawed a big old ribeye and have it in the sous vide pot at 130 degrees for a couple hours, then will sear it on a very hot grill. A salt crusted baked potato. Brussel sprouts with olive oil and Tony Chachere's in the air fryer. A nice red on the side. I'm pretty sure a pipe will follow at some point, if I can waddle out of the house.

A left over chicken thigh with mushroom gravy. Leftover rice and corn grits. Spinach salad.

now that walks & WAYS done, time to feed the Ed. Schwan #481 (3) toaster pancakes, one cycle. Add usuals & nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk & continue with the papers. Should hold till mid afternoon munchies

Dash into town.
Lunch at my favorite Mexican joint. they are one of the few restaurants open in town. Shrimp with garlic and tomatoes on rice with beans and tortillas, guacamole and sour cream.
Supper was a nice tuna salad sandwich from the Hippie market.
