You could buy reusable kcups Ed, they’ve been around a while. I’d imagine you’d save a good amount of $ using them. Kcups add up after a while. We've been spending 50 bucks a month on k-cups. We have the reusable cups but we aren't awake enough to load them in the morning. Load a few the night before while you load a bowl of tobacco for the morning. Just an idea. I never realized how much I spent on kcups or just grabbing coffee out somewhere periodically until I stopped doing it. I buy the bricks of Bustelo at home and maybe go through 3 or 4 a month so my coffee habit costs me about $10- $12 a month.

Even aside from the ecological and economic impact, I find I just like my coffee better this way.

From April through mid-October, heat-sensitive candies (including all chocolates) are delivered in insulated containers with reusable cold packs and shipped via 2-day delivery, at an additional cost. Standard shipping … From Sees website. Except when I tied to order them last summer, they declined owing to my location. Some believe New Mexico is a hot place.

An evening "snack" of Tramadol. Pain is immense in leg, elbow, hands.
This is a boot leg supply. I will be in pain when it runs out. MDs only provide medication for serious injuries which are recent. Chronic Pain Management is a thing of the past thanks to the Oxy fuckers.

Is it arthritis?

When it moves it cracks sending a jolt of pain up the arm. Arthritis in both hands compounded by nerve damage in the right hand from a bite by a Pyrenees. The nerve is deteriorating and taking part of the hand with it. Limited use of that hand. Fortunately, I am largely a Leftie.

Shweetie and I made our weekly run in to her chiropractor and picked up some groceries. So we made our weekly swing through Carl Jr’s. A couple of good burgers

Pyrenees? Some kind of venomous snake? Big-arse dog. Direct descendent of the Anatolian Shepperd. Both used for protecting livestock against wolves. Here is my old Anatolian from around 2009, "Chester". As you can see, ready for action.

Bad A$$ dog Chester was a good boy. Easy enough to handle and liked people. Problem he liked to kill sheep rather than protect them. So, I had to find employment for him elsewhere.

Molinari Salami thinly sliced from the three pound sausage, sour dough bread and some very ripe Camembert. Low Sodium V-8 Juice to wash it down.
