A flavorless Supreme Pizza by Marketside from Walmart. Won't buy again. How do you remove the flavor from peperoni? Might as well been eating plain oatmeal. Maybe you have Covid! I know that a lot of cheap pizzas use 100% flavor free ingredients. No COVID. My aromatics taste great.

Steaks tomorrow I guess.

Since a Monte Christo is unavailable in my neck of the woods, I appreciate your phone's reluctance. It has been a very long time since I have seen one of those on a menu anywhere. I had seen posts on here about the Monte Cristo - so yesterday when I saw it on the menu and read how it was made, I thought I'd try it once in my life. But mine might not have been made right. On the internet it says it contains ham and turkey and swiss cheese, and that it is fried - but it showed the sandwich being skillet fried like a grilled cheese sandwich. The one I had was ham and turkey with swiss and American cheese, on whole wheat bread. But then, the sandwich was dipped in batter and deep fried! Then quartered, sprinkled with powdered sugar, with raspberry preserves on the side.

Egg dipped and deep fried is how I remember them. The original is the "Croque Monsieur" in France or the "Strommer Max" in Germany. They are not battered and deep fried but pan or grilled after egg dipping.
