Thanks, they turned out good judging by everyone's comments, but the rib donor gave all. Today I did chicken Tortilla soup, it turned out really good, the sour cream and avocado really brought it together. THAT looks good

Corned Beef Hash, home made, with two fried eggs.
"Now, I'm not bragging, boys, so don't put me down, but I make the best corned beef hash in town. When the canned comes up to me, it don't even try 'Cause if mine had a set of wings, man I know it could fry..."
Some of you may not recognize this song by the Beachboys. "Little Deuce Coupe".

Tonight, Shweetie fried chicken breasts in butter with onion, green pepper, minced garlic and baby carrots. Then she made a small salad of broccoli, tomato, cucumber, finely chopped walnuts and cheese with a touch of ranch dressing stirred in. Washed it down with a cold glass of milk.

Got back from town to face big fire in the high country. Smoke pouring down the canyon into the village. Heavy winds kicked it up again.
Anyway, brought a rotisserie chicken home from the market, fortunately. Also, a kind of "Tot" made from broccoli and cheese, breaded like a tater tot. Less carbs and plenty tasty.
