Big arugula salad (no kale John), grilled chicken, green olives, homemade dressing You can have all the Kale you want. In fact, you may have my ration of Kale. Arugula is one of my favorites.

Mine too, my wife says with the amount I spend on arugula for salads every week, we would be better off growing it ourselves.

Just finished the leftover pizza. Always a good sign that the pizza is good even when cold.

The last of the Leek Soup in home made chicken stock with chicken and veggies. Kind of like "rooster-a-leekie" from Scotland.

Pounded out thin double breaded chicken cutlets fried in a cast iron pan. Removed cutlets added shallots lots of fresh garlic and San Marzano Tomatoes. Simmered sauce, put the chicken back in covered with fresh Mozz, into the oven to get all melty with an Iceberg wedge on the side.

Made goulash for dinner last night. Perfect for a cold, rainy day. Today was sunny and warmer, so I grilled cedar plank salmon and also some zucchini to go with the orzo salad my wife made.

Home made Corned Beef Hash with two poached eggs on top. I used Ox and Palm Australian tinned Corned Beef. Cooks up nice and crispy. This is a perfect application of that product.

Food has not been much on my mind for the last coupla weeks. But slowly, slowly my interest is returning. Tonight I am planning a small, lean, round steak, accompanied by baby Dutch potatoes halved and quartered and air-fried. Should go down a treat.
