No tobacco, but a pair of Klipsch dual 8 inch floor standing speakers and a subwoofer. Big room needs big speakers. Noice! Lord, don't get me started on stereo gear -- especially speakers.  I've been missing my LaScalas since I had to sell them about 30 years ago, and my Heresys too. They would cost more than my truck and motorcycle to replace today. My friend just built a house for his Klipschorns. 😁😊🤠 |

Earlier this year I replaced my old Focals with a pair of Tannoys, and I am loving those things. In the mail: 8 100g tins of Orlik Golden Sliced. (See, I'm on-topic!) |

Anyway, I can’t wait to get my hands on these baby’s!

I've been scouring the interwebs for a combo pouch that I like, is available, and isn't overpriced (looking at you, Dunhill). I never did find one I really liked in my previous smoking life. I ran across this one at Smokingpipes.com and immediately dug it. I like canvas. I've been carrying canvas messenger bags for years. I have a couple of canvas jackets. Canvas is good stuff. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, and none of the other "major" sites even listed it. But. I finally found one at a site I've never heard of, with a name that doesn't make sense to me, in a language I don't speak. Turns out, it is, from what I can tell, Chapuis-Comoy's own store. So, I've got one in the mail. He shoots, he scores!   |

I've had things I liked okay just as pipe pouches, and I've had a tobacco pouch I liked okay. Never a combo pouch, though. I'd prefer if this one were smaller and held just one pipe, but if that turns out to be my only complaint, I'll be happy. |

Should point out that the lens case is flexible and square, about 3”, and not a round hard-case like some. Somewhere in my storage semi-trailer is my old leather case with six or seven of my “former” pipes. When, and if, I find it it will be like Christmas! Got a couple of Stanwells in there and some others. |
