Haven’t tried the St. Bruno Flake before but I LOVE Erinmore and Grousemoor! Cracked open the Grousemoor tin yesterday. Really good! I thought of your post, because it the flavor profile is very similar to Erinmore. Like Erinmore + lemongrass.
Glad I gave this a try. Wondering if the lemongrass component will keep the skeeters away as a bonus.

Glad you enjoyed it! Those two blends are a regular staple of mine. Please let me know your thoughts on the St. Bruno flake.

Haven't purchase anything in quite some time, tobacco or pipe. I am getting an itchy finger and browsing the web sites.

Great looking pipes, both, Claude! Especially like the whorls in the second one. Enjoy them in good health.

Scored this BBB estate pipe from Danish Pipe Shop: That scratches one more off my list of classic makers. Still haven't found the right Charatan or Barling.

I seem to gravitating toward Freehands from Denmark lately. According to Blue Room Briars, this is a: "BEN WADE GOLDEN WALNUT 1/2 BENT CHERRYWOOD FREEHAND SITTER"

I have three freehands from back in the day - Soren, Ben Wade and Malaga. The Wade and Malaga are ginormous pipes, only see action when I set aside an hour and a half for one bowl. The Soren is a more normal size, still has a fairly large chamber. Even though I don't smoke them very often, they carry a lot of sentimental weight.

Yes, the chamber on this one is 2" deep, 0.9" diameter
