A Peterson Sherlock Holmes Squire Sandblast. I received the pipe today. Despite the photo, it was described as Black sandblast. And jet black, it is. A nice pipe. It was purchased in the UK. Has anybody seen black blast Sherlock Holmes pipes yet in the US? Because this is a first for me.

Decided to get while the getting was good, pulled the trigger on a pound of each of these while tobaccopipes.com is still running the sale:
Match 965 Match Balkan Sobranie 759 Voodoo Queen Sutliff Virginia Slices
Time to start getting serious about this cellar.

Nothing. I missed out on the big Escudo sale at tobaccopipes.com. Me too. Didn't read my e-mails in a timely manner. Under $12 a tin, pretty good price. Looks like they sold out. Oh, well. Been meaning to buy more for the cellar. Next time.

8oz of BHT and a couple more Country Gents from 4noggins, 8oz of Cross Eyed Cricket, some more Creme Brulee, Peach cobbler, Pegasus and supplies from smoking pipes. That shot the pipe budget for this payday pretty quick ;-)

I have so many blends, that I don’t think I need another tin to ever buy.
But, in the past, I was equally excited to snare so many blends and the chase is fun in building a cellar.

Until the next time. It helps to have an understanding wife.
