No tobacco, but ordered a black sandblasted orb bowl for my Wiebe radiators, another MM Pride cob, and some thin cleaners for my falcons.

After the last thread about knives, I realized there was a definite absence of an essential item to the mancave. ;-) Problem solved. (in typical Dino thriftyness, I found it on amazon for $11.33 delivered! )

Some Hamborger Veermaster and Davidoff Flake Medallions on the way. I haven't seen that one available for some time, how is that stuff with age on it? i have only smoked it fresh, and that was some time ago it seemed kinda bitey to me, but it was so long ago that it might have been how I smoked it.

Right now I have 2 tins of it, and they're still basically fresh. I got them in the infamous Esterval's order, which was the only place I could find it in stock at the time. Seems like a few places, at least, have it right now. Generally, I have very little trouble with tongue bite, so my chemistry may just be fortunate.

The Dunhill arrived today. Marked “ODA Dunhill Hill Made in England.” Shown here above the Peterson House Pipe. Bowl dimensions are .875 x 2.22”. (The House Pipe is .80 x 2.08.) Looks like a new pipe. Very nicely cleaned. The band is marked “Sterling.” Now for the smoke test!

Got it from smokingpipes. It looks like a new pipe, inside and out but was made in 1978. The stem is a replacement (white-dotted though), and the silver ring is after-market. Not really a "collectable," but I wasn't looking for that. I guess I just lucked into it.
