Good morning It's going to be a busy day of finishing off the last Bradford pear tree. Balkan Sobranie 759 in the Icarus. Coffee, of course, in my typical hamartological manner: hot as Hell, black as sin, strong as death, and bitter as iniquity. Maybe with a touch of cream to smooth things out. 2 tablespoons of Ovaltine and a teaspoon of local, raw honey do that--but I need to wake up in the morning, not start the day with dessert!

They still make Ovaltine?!? Didn't know that. Agree that John has a stellar collection! On topic - Match Victorian in a brown, sandblasted Savinelli Nonpareil 1/4 bent Dublin with plateau rim.

I don't drink hot chocolate often, but when I do, it's Ovaltine.

May 22nd. a big warm up is starting today so early coffee and the savi 515 antique shell panel billiard filled with Adagio (c&d). it is a good morning bowl and is light flavored which is nice. later today I may fill the GGG castello with pennington gap. my last bowl was in the castello and I found the "chocolate" to be several flavors working together so I am wanting to dive back in and try to figure out why the blend is so tasty. tomorrow is ride day with the petite pete and the new sea rock blend. the apple/vanilla cavendish is actually pretty good so far. anyhoo, have a great day!

McClelland's 805 Carolina Deluxe in a sandblasted billiard marked Dr Grabow Commadore 69s...the faithful old coffeepot went to Heaven yesterday, but there's some Don Farncisco's Hawaiian Hazelnut working in the new pot as I type this...the new pot is fancy, and a P.I.T.A. I miss the old pot already!
