Smoked some of the usuals today. Dug into some McB Scottish Mixture too. Now, its Night Train in the cob of the day. Front porch watching the sunset. Molson Canadian to keep my electrolytes up.

Two bowls from the cherry jar today, both in the Caminetto 120, with a pipe cleaner in between...coffee with one ,water with the other. Whatever happened to Bald and Teacher Herb? Being a favourite and all, I don’t recall what last time you had this blend? You sed it Ted!!! I've been out of it for what seems like ages, and when you and Darktaker post about it , it only reawakens the craving. I picked about a pound of burley from heabar last month ; then repacked my cellar to make some space. Looking at the amount of tobacco I have on hand ,I'm reluctant to order more at my age. There's so much I haven't tried and favs like B.H.T that I need to stock up on, but I can't take it with me ,and the wifes already going to have a butt load of pipes to git rid of... The wife says , "if you can't take it with you, don't go...buy what you want" so I should, but old, tightwad habits die hard. Still, I don't play golf, gamble, own a boat or collect cars, plus I gave up drinking, and I 'm too old to chase women...so what the heck???

Is that a lot? I've never looked. Usually only 4 or 5. Sometimes only me. I'm nearly always around (after, say, 9pm my time), but I'm not always paying very good attention. Especially during baseball season.

Morning all. I keep a tab open here all the time, as this is the entirety of my social life, but with my days starting earlier, I'm not up as late anymore.
Starting off this muggy Thursday with some Rustica Flake in a MM diplomapple, coffee on the side as usual.

Having said that I completely understand your predicament! I may not be a silver hair fox but I also know I have more tobacco (gars and pipes) to share with David and all the other shepards in heaven. As for my golf balls, I jokingly asked my Mrs. to bury me with two. I sure hope Moses is a golfer. As my stock is limited, I could use his assist to part the water for the rare duck hook into the pond! As for chasing women, unless she’s a golfer too, by the time I finish my round and smokes, there isn’t much time left in my day. I can take solace knowing and to quote MeatLoaf in his song: “Two out of Three Ain’t Bad.”

Lancer's Slices from 2009, in an Ascorti lovat, the pipe sports a gold tone A of the early years ,and it wears the business finish that Caminetto made popular in the seventies. Mostly it fills a slot among my Canadians, on the top shelf of my pipe cabinet, but today it'll do what it was meant to do...bring joy to my morning , with a good cup of coffee!

Haunted Bookshop in a Morgan Bones, looking forward to calming down a bit.
Went to the post office a little while ago to get a package in the mail, and took a tumble walking (sort of) in. Tripped over some uneven pavement and I wasn't paying enough attention it turns out. Skinned knee and elbow were the only issues, but it did shake me up a bit. I can't remember the last time I fell, and I guess I didn't miss it. Not smoking related, but had to get it off my chest.
