November 10th. Having a bowl of Pegasus in the x105 peterson spigot. I also have to retract some of my last post concerning tobacco taxes.. I guess the real tax occured under the Obama administration and the current increase proposed will affect vape users A poster on another site mentioned it may be to collect taxes on folks who quit cigarettes by turning to electronic cigarettes and vapes. Anyhoo, I am still buying as much bulk as the Bride and budget allow.

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Wednesday cob and coffee in the workshop. Been prepping old bathroom vanity and sink for removal. Going to be installing the new one when it gets here. In the meantime, working on staining and finishing a pipe. This one is going to my son.

Delivery of new vanity and sink delayed a day (or two). I guess I'm ready to go whenever. Will have to find something else to do. Exhausted Rooster in the Wednesday cob.

I needed my table saw today and what I thought was it coming loose from it's stand was the entire plastic base falling to pieces. It is a 40 year old Craftsman that originally cost $150 and I have certainly gotten my money's worth out of it. Sky is about to fall out today, but when it clears up I will be building a new base from a 2x12. Okay, but what are you smoking?

Carolina Red Flake w/ Perique in a 60's BBB Own Make black sandblasted zulu.
After smoking From Beyond prior to this, and what amounts to sipping on a blast of creosote, it got me thinking of mentions that red Virginias were overrated lately. Merely musings of a different taste perspective here, but I'd surely have to say that Latakia is the most overrated tobacco and something of which I could readily do entirely without. While I find it delicious in just the tiniest of condimental amounts. While I do miss and lament the Syrian aromatic, my tastes of the recent production from Cyprus lead me to believe it's purely hawked off Yenidje leaf of lower quality, overly smoked to cover the fact. Your mileage and tastes will vary.
