At work with Visions of Celephäis. Very cool pipe. This just reminded me, I was going through a pile of boxes I had sat in the corner of my office (old shipment boxes deemed empty) and found a wrapped up tin of From Beyond still in one of the boxes. Could have sworn I counted the order and they were all placed into the cellar! And I mean, I just found the tin about an hour ago and it's been there since the From Beyond release.

From Russian carver Andrey Kharitonov. They just arrived today after 45 days in transit, but if these are any indication of his work, I'll be ordering more from him!

Andrey does good work...actually spectacular work...my preference is the old English standards... Jackknife plug and Revor plug mixed in a legend cob.

Andrey does good work...actually spectacular work...my preference is the old English standards... His pricing for the work is unbelievable as well, and so humble. He felt that the display stand in the photo was flawed so he sent it along with the pipes for free. I've looked over its flame grained beauty and can find nothing wrong with it.🤷♂️

Beautiful, artistic pieces, Duane. Those'll turn heads. Meanwhile, Haunted Bookshop in the Wednesday cob, as Covid booster side effects kick in.

Those are beautiful pipes. My order from Andrey shows that it is in the state, so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Ordered in mid November and can't wait.
Currently smoking some Peretti No.52 in a small bent billiard meerschaum. Hot cup of coffee.

I notice that some of Kharitonov's pieces are already here in the states in some shops and very reasonably priced.
Starting with GLP Haddo's Delight in a Falcon with rustic Algiers bowl this morning.

2013 Brigham Klondike Gold in a Jack Howell Apple. Good looking pipe. Really nice grain on it, and a good size bowl. Glad you like it, I love the look but more impotently I was able to buy more of Jack's pipes. I just need another dozen of so to fill an empty 15 count glass door cabinet. It will site nicely next to my 36 count racl of other American artisan pipe makers. I have a 6 count round rack that is also full of all my big pipes that cannot fit in any closed door rack. I will be done buying pipes for a while now. I stopped buying tobacco years ago except for a certain blend that is not on the unobtanium list.
