Way too much pizza for dinner. So much for healthy eating this week Don't be too hard on yourself. I imagine that you have built up enough health to be able to spend a little. Sometimes you need to have a little enjoyment. I'm going to have a 14 inch Chicken Fried Steak for my birthday.

Had to run into town of Taos thody. So, lunch at y favorite Mexican joint. The one with the real, you know. "Camarones al Mojo y AJo". Basically Garlic Shrimp in a spicy fresh tomato sauce served on rice. Man, they got it right. Enough garlic to pacify all of Transylvania!

WARNING: This post may be triggering to some, as it contains the word “anchovies.” Searched the pantry for something different and discovered a can of Progresso “Hearty Tomato Soup.” Decided that sounded a bit bland so kept searching. Wound up adding a can of Crown Prince Anchovies in Olive Oil (with the oil) and MW’d it. I was sceptical, but it turned out to be a success. The acidity of the tomatoes and the saltiness of the anchovies hit it off in grand style. I’m likely to do this again.

Anchovies and tomatoes go together rather well, I say.
