Chuck roast tonight, carrots, taters, onions, and celery, slow cooked in the crock-pot. hot rolls and coffee topped it off. Not a bad meal, but everybody wants to go to sleep now!

Spent all of last night and most of the day in bed with this skin allergy nonsense. Finally got hungry so a pork chop, two eggs, and a hash brown potato patty in the iron skillet.
Taking Hyrdroxyzine, 25 mg three times daily. that helps but leaves me very cold and shivering in bed.. So, up to 50mg three times daily to see if that helps with the rashes..

It could have been contact with weedy plants end of summer. It could have been reaction to new medications. I have had that problem in the past. It could be a Staff infection related from my wounded legs. It could be all. The ER ran out of time to help me. My MD does not respond to acute conditions. IN a week or so I might be able to see a RN or PA at his office. So, off to the ER for primary medical care. PLaces quite a strain on the hospital.

When I make chili or spag sauce in the winter I will set it outside to freeze, thaw it the next day, set it out again, etc. In three days it is Ready. (I try not to “sample” after each thaw or there won’t be anything left!)

soon to be brunch with the gals across the street. Same but smaller than Dennys "slam". Pancakes, waffles, sausages, English muffins, not eggs this time. My drink cocoa, they do coffee. Always a fun time with them.
