They caught him in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. As expected he had a woman with a car. Where do these women come from?

Let us hope he does not take away a gun from one of your neighbors. Encounters with predators, two feet or four, can be tricky.
He sounds desperate and that makes him vary dangerous. In the old days Texas fugitives would come to the mountains of northern New Mexico to hide. The Rangers would follow and that is one of the reasons there are the feelings between the locals here and Texas. That which I joke about. The Rangers were not polite to the local inhabitants, LOL!
This is 2022 not 1872. The chance of eluding law officers today is very small. They will get him.

The night stalker looked like satanic excrement, and his murder/ rapes were heinous. And he had an irresistible attraction with some creepy serial killer loving women.

I think some of that “women thing’ has to do with the nesting instinct and its complications. Women generically want security and safety and what better security could they have than a man willing to kill, or whatever it takes. It’s pretty elemental cave-man stuff, also wrapped up with the “bad boys are sexy” attachment. It’s a Good Thing if the Bad Boy is on your side.

I can only imagine what that lady jail guard in Alabama was like. The one who broke out her criminal BF who later murdered her.

I believe the murder charge stems from the fact she died while they were in the commission of a crime together. I could be wrong, but I think that's how it works

I could be wrong, but I think that's how it works That seems like a stretch of the legal definition of "felony murder", but that doesn't mean they can't try for it. (Also, I didn't read the article. Just going on what was said here.)

I’m not up on the law 100%, but as I understand it anyone involved in a criminal activity during which a death takes place can be charged with that death, whether or not they actually did the deed or had any contact with the deceased.

True. Get away drivers have been convicted of murder. Unfortunately, in some of the major municipalities, the current breed of DA’s hold no one accountable.

I think generally these people are charged as accessories to murder. Technically different, but carry nearly the same penalty in terms of time or punishment, except perhaps execution.

el·i·gi·ble Bumpin you back to 2nd grade, you country bumpkin. I used to win all the spelling bees in elementary school. I type this on my phone and I am usually distracted. If it bothers you I suggest that you block me so that you won't see my mistakes. You know how popular grammar police are. 😜😉😎🤠

I recently found out that 2 of my uncles was in the Walls for a short time in 1947, right after he got out of the Merchant Marines. I don't know what he did but he wasn't in for very long.

Glad they caught the scumbag… I imagine there is a big investigation down at the county jail to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
