Just saw that some climate protesters glued their hands to the floor of the Volkswagen museum in Germany. The museum management said that they respected their right to protest and they closed the museum at the end of the day, turned off the lights and heat and went home. "The 9 protestors "pleaded for medical treatment because their hands were sore and moaned that they couldn’t go to the toilet." The paper interviewed one protester who said of staff, "They refused our request to provide us with a bowl to urinate and defecate in a decent manner while we are glued," and, "We can't order our food, we must use the one provided by Volkswagen. Lights off. Random unannounced checks by security guards with bright torches." I just love it. I think that the next time they glue themselves to a painting in a museum, they should be left in place as a work of modern art. People could discus them and take pictures That is hilarious. Cleanup on Aisle Seben!

Pheasant opener here. Numbers way down here in the west and way up to the east. (-24/+46+) Took Eli by himself for his first outing. He has NO bird training. He amazed me: hunted like a well-trained pro. He didn’t put one up but did all the right things, was attentive to commands, and cast beautifully. I’m sure it’s a DNA thing.

Got 3.25 inches of rain yesterday and last night, about 4" in the past week. We really needed it. The Red River and the Sulphur River were showing the bottom. And ALL the pine needles came down.

RIP Sir Walter Raleigh, unfairly executed on this day in 1618. He got his revenge, but on the wrong folks. He’s the one that brought the potato to Ireland.

The cliff notes is they want to seal the files of murder victim that was a political operative. Other times when it suits them, they manufacture evidence, and lie under oath..A lot more to it, but I will leave it at that.

Found the cobs I had for my boys! Corbin stuffed one full of gummy bears this morning. I'm pretty sure Walt stained and glazed this one. And yes, he's way overdue for a hair cut. Now to buy another one and dye it pink or purple for Alice.

Thank you all! They're amazing little critters. Here's the group pic from last night. They all had their own spots at one point, but migrated to my bed. All 4 of em!!

I think the picture sums it all so well Jason, and your passion to be there for such a precious herd of critters under your charge.

Wrong J Charlie! 😉 As I said over a year ago when all of this started, no one knows the full/real story except for 2 people on this Earth. The first battle is over, the 2nd one is just beginning. When you're doing something for the RIGHT reasons, it always works out. Thank you Ron, but I assure you, I'm loving it more. 😁🥰

Old friends. Got ‘em out for our hunt y’day. Hadn’t worn ‘em for a while. Spent a while this morning getting some mink oil on ‘em, having run out of Dubbin. LLBean’s, and not bad for 30yrs old.

I'm cleaning and reorganizing my closet/cellar and I have at least 50 empty jars. This isn't good. Jars have a purpose. Taking up space is not that purpose.

Walmart of all places in the health and beauty/ pharmacy has a Dr. Scholls unit that you step in your sock feet, and it maps your pressure points, and tells you which ones to get off the rack, about $35? But worth it and an unconditional money back guarantee. Red Wing stores have good ones also, but the prices are ridiculous. If I am paying the freight… Dr. Scholls.

A good way to correct that is to send me your most prized/ rare/ aged blends…. Here to help you out, bro!
