I took the littles to their doctor appointment this morning. Austin needed 4 shots and they all needed a flu shot. That sure was fun. I've had some concerns about Alice. She's been showing a lot of signs of Autism, so I talked to the doctor about that. He said everything mentioned is on the list of signs in a young child. We got a referral for a children's psychologist. The goal is to get her the help/therapy she needs as early as possible. Autism or developmentally behind, there are things that can be done to help her out, and new things that I'll need to learn. We went through this with our oldest grandson. Therapy and extra patience is the best route as almost all the meds made things worse. He's 15 now and doing much better with a controlled diet and the right school setting. |

Was going to pick up walnuts today got permission from a guy who does about 400 acers but Boss called with some work so I go make some firewood today for him. I have learned how to run chainsaw and smoke my pipe this summer so it will be a good day. Also ordered two sets of tires yesterday WOW! Things are a little expensive these days but am thankful I had the funds to get them. The president of Goodyear is saying that the supply line and prices are going to create a tremendous shortage of tires. Be glad too that you got them when you could. Tires are made from oil, just like many parts of a Tesla. They are forecasting a shortage of diesel fuel for the east coast and the southeast in the months ahead. I heard a caller on the radio talk about his home heating oil prices skyrocketing…Yipes! |

I heard a caller on the radio talk about his home heating oil prices skyrocketing…Yipes! There is currently a spread of $2 per gallon between Diesel and Regular Gasoline, hereabouts. I parked the 7.3 Liter Truck for the time being. Told the old Land Cruiser to be prepared for a lot of driving! |

Got up this morning and reviewed the hits on my security cameras.
There was a video clip of some SOB trying to open the door to my truck at 2:43 am.
Turned the notification volume up to max so if he comes back, I'll know it when it happens.
Crime just keeps getting worse and worse.
Now the wife wants more motion sensor floodlights.

This afternoon as I checked into the Patch I was faced with a stark white screen and the notice “You have been banned from this forum.” I shut my iPad down and restarted it and all was well. Weird. Possibly some ransom hanky-panky? Anyone else experienced this?
