I was think the St. Louis Ribs or such spareribs. They have more fat. Makes sense with the Country ribs. I will have to try that. My wife just put these ribs in a crock pot/slow cooker and covered them with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Cooked on low for a while, then high for a while. When they were falling apart, they were done. Removed the meat with very little of the sauce. Probably should have spooned some sauce over them. It was thinner from the cooking but still flavorful.

as slow as I now have to operate with things involving hands, PITA phone calls from "SpamRisk" especially poor English foreigners, most about Medicare stuff, hanging up on most but still time wasting. Suppose good thing none of 'em know my cell phone #. Mine is on a piece of paper in back room. Only use it if power failure, none during the Bflo blizzard. To be Schwan #482 (3) toaster pancakes, one cycle. Usual adds, nuke to plateful of mess. k-cup cocoa, to back room desk, eat & to the papers. Ed doing mostly simple food things Don’t think I knew you were having trouble with your hands. Arthritis?

Since avoiding peppers, chilies and anything spicy I made Pasta Fagioli with fresh herbs. It was great last night. I used a nice Italian elbow pasta that is thicker then what is made in this country. Lovely flavor and texture. Then, I left the crockpot pot on "High" and went to bed. This morning I have the nicest mush ever. Not the plan. Oh, well, we weave our own problems, eh?
