Gave the deck furniture a powerwash this morning to knock the green growing stuff off. Since the heat index here is forecast to go to 110 or so every day for the next week, I tend to get chores done early. Fribourg & Treyer Cut Blended Plug in a Charatan....

No details but have survived Monday so far. Avo 6x42 for company on earlier walks. Schwan order just showed & put away. Much time on phone trying to convince Amazon I have NEVER had an account of any kind with, say X amount $$ been subtracted from my "account". Bank says no such thing. Asked gibberish speaking person what is bank name, branch name, account & password info, person didn't know. got a supervisor, female with same foreign accent. Finally had enuf, asked her to describe size of my man-hose...THAT got quick hang-up from her! I enjoy messing with these obvious scammers at times, otherwise hang up quick
Just to let all know that am breathing, upright & functioning at my slow pace, Been fed, now with Wilke #622 in Ascorti "NewLine" smooth saxophone, post brunch tea

Good afternoon ladies and gents. Having a tough decision to make as to my next pipe.. Do I pop a new tin of Presbyterian, the only one I have left in the cellar, or, just have one of eight others that are open??? Hmmm... Well the decision is made and the result is that I have loaded three pipes that have been much neglected with what I lovingly call Barnacle Scrappins, left o're baccies, them tin remnants that won't give a full pipe but when added to the collection jar can add up to several nice smokes. So with all that aside here's the first one, an Aldo Velini Octogon... A large bottle of water alongside as I've got myself dehydrated and need to refill the tank back up... By the way Ed I thoroughly enjoyed the end of your conversation with the scammer! I think I may need to update the picture here and eliminate the tin so it can be used in any post...Although the Three Year was a great blend... Someday I may be able to get another couple tins from Petersons production... I used to smoke mostly tin baccy but due to restrictions in cash flow it now bulks that are cheaper in the cost side... Have a Blessed Day All!

Last night I decided to put random empty tobacco tins into my empty tobacco tins box and found that I had forgotten to jar about one half of a can of Warped Scarecrow from last year. Smoked it last night and I’m smoking it now in a meerschaum billiard. A year give or take, just in the can with the plastic lid on actually did wonders for this blend.

Cabbie’s mixture in a WO Larsen bent bulldog. Really windy both at the Grand Canyon and Sedona… we are managing, but I wish I had brought cigars with me. 🙁 The suite has a decent view from a balcony that is shielded from the wind, so all a not lost, just tougher at the pool. imgur.com/a/VJJ1YMU

Good Morning! It's 62° with a cloudy sky and more rain is on the way out here on the deck before first light. I don't think that we'll have a total washout like yesterday afternoon, but I'll be following the weather reports closely. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of fresh Peterson Flake in the other Savinelli Venere 128 and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the deck table. Have a good, safe one, everybody!

Good morning, all. Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Tuesday cob and coffee on the front porch. Cool and cloudy with a steady breeze. We've got a little more rain expected. Downright gloomy. Looks like a mostly indoor day here.

Morning! 2019 D&R Two Timer in an MM Country Gent with black coffee to drink. Darin, we don't hear much about the D&R blends posted here. How do they smoke? Curious Having the third pipe of the Barnacle Scrappins in my Schoenleber Natural Canadian... Great smoking pipe I keep forgetting to light up... I've got a better picture but the hosting site is giving me the load rash so's I can't link it... A bottle of water on the side...

Sometimes it is just not ideal to smoke in such conditions, not worth the hassle, and I need good reasons to smoke my cigars, but you have a point.

Two Timer is a nice, easy Burley that's toasted and has a nutty, bready, molasses flavor which is great with coffee.
