Good Morning! It's 62° with a cloudy sky here at dawn and I'm up late after sleeping in, but I did get a full night's rest. This afternoon we're going shopping at BJ'S for groceries and that will require my services as both chauffeur and pack mule. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of McConnell Scottish Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Enjoy your day, everybody!

Squeezed in a quick cob full of Wilke Peanut Butter with coffee before work this morning. Man, I can't wait to retire! I've been retired for ten years now and, after a life of lousy careers, I've found retirement to be the best one one yet!

Good Morning Again! It's a lovely 70°, breezy, and with a mix of clouds and bright sunshine out here on the deck. According to the weather forecast, we're supposed to get a thunderstorm sometime this afternoon but we'll see. Currently smoking a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Sav smooth billiard and there's a second travel mugga coffee on the side.

Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee on the front porch. Got the front lawn cut ahead of some rain that'll be here this afternoon. It's 75, overcast, very breezy and humid. Gonna sit back and enjoy my pipe and what's left in the coffee mug.

Yeah, Pete, that storm front will sweep through here late this afternoon and into tonight. I wouldn't mind getting in a pipe sometime before it does.

Astley's 109 Jermyn SI Rhodesian with 2016 Dunhill Durbar... almost out of this blend... looking for a bank to rob, and not get caught, to restock several favorites that I have been out of. This retirement on a fixed income sucks... so, its back to salt mine if I can find one that will take a codger with beliefs, attitude and opinions... Between the cost of living going up daily, the lack of funds and health at times, and vehicle and fuel prices there's not much left for the simple pleasures I have come to enjoy... If I still took a drink I would really be up the creek ... Enough whining... Lights em if ye gots em... A bottle if water alongside..

Good Almost Evening! It's 77°, very humid with a cloudy sky, and rain is on the way in 1.5 hours out here on the deck. I managed to convince my wife that tomorrow would be a better day to go to BJ'S and ended up getting the latest small furniture re-shuffle out of the way. I also got rid of old paperwork, old DVDs, found a stack of missing family photos, and discovered some long-lost CDs. No stash of money, though. Currently smoking a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Sav smooth billiard and there's a glass of cold water on the side. Have a great night, everybody!

Good Morning! It's 61° here with a clear sky and everything is wet from last night's thunderstorm. After weaseling my way out of going to BJ'S yesterday, we'll go this afternoon and then I'll spend some time at the hobby bench. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of aged FVF in the Amorelli Three Star and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great Friday, everybody!
