Camping must agree with me. I’ve slept 8 hours a night since we got here. Back to the rat race tomorrow and steroid shots on Tuesday. I’ll enjoy it while I can.

I had success with a tincture of CBD and Melatonin. Expensive but worked well enough.
Expensive? Make your own, it's really easy. |

I still hate going to sleep. Spending 1/3 of your life sleeping is just insanity, what a waste of life. Then knowing that I have the most ridiculously stupid, nonsensical dimented dreams that leave me pissed off at the world each morning, makes it even more frustrating.

Baby induced insomnia is wearing me thin. Can't seem to get them both on the same, or at least close, schedule.
They're both happy and healthy, and that's what matters. I'm aging at twice the speed that I was before.

Always a tough time getting to sleep. Most of the time it takes me about 4 hours to fall asleep. OTC meds don't work for me. Think I will ask my doctor for some Ambiem the next time I see him.

I have tried everything OTC. Lately melatonin, THC and CBS or what ever is called. Usually end up with generic ambien. |

Survived the day at work on three hours sleep. Bad nerve pain in my bad shoulder. Pain meds and hitting it early. Heavy snow falling. Tomorrow will be a shitty commute in. Ugh. Have a good sleep all you insomniacs.

Be very, very careful with that evil wicked potion formulated by Satan. I was saying some pretty nasty stuff to my wife and having no idea that I was doing it. To keep from ruiningmy marriage, I quit taking it. My younger brother took it and went into the kitchen one morning to find the remains of a gallon of chocolate ice cream on the floor, another morning he looked all over the house trying to find his keys. Found them outside in the garage door as he had tried to go driving in the night. |

Ambien is dangerous. My FIL was taking it and the neighbor found him in his driveway racing the engine on his truck. If he had opened the gate who knows where he would have ended up. He was backed up against the gate that was secured by a chain.

I take Lunesta sometimes. It helps and no bad side effects except that the next day your mouth tastes like a cat ox.
