Drank a bottle of homemade Green Apple Riesling this afternoon. Only 7% ABV. Not bad. I'll probably make another batch this fall, but boost the ABV to 10 or 11% - and add some caramel flavoring.
Made this for my wife. She doesn't like "real" wine.
But actually, I'm starting to drink a little more fruit wine myself - as long as it's something tart, like green apple or cherry.

Last night a got a gift from an old friend. A bottle of Skrewball peanut butter flavored whiskey.
I am embarrassed to say that I like it. I generally don't care for flavored whiskey, honey or bacon or cinnamon. And I don't care for sweet bourbon. But darn it all, this is kind of good. Fun and good.

Put a teaspoon of red pepper flakes in a bottle of Stoli to make Pertsovka. Tastes great and warms twice.
