Coors Banquet in short, stubby bottle. I lived in Golden, Colorado from 6th grade until after I finished college the first time. I've taken the tour through the brewery more than once, and actually really like Coors. In fact, some of my college classmates who lived back east would load up their cars with Coors (which wasn't available back east in those days) and make a fortune selling it over the summer.

In fact, some of my college classmates who lived back east would load up their cars with Coors (which wasn't available back east in those days) and make a fortune selling it over the summer. I remember the days when Coors was only available west of the Mississippi. One weekend (in the 70's) I drove from Illinois to Missouri to a Piazza Hut with my girlfriend, and ordered a medium pepperoni piazza, a couple cokes and 2 cases of Coors. The waitress said they couldn't serve beer on Sundays. Later, while eating the piazza, the manager came to our table and said if I really wanted a couple cases of Coors he would sell them to me. So I went home with a couple cases after all.

A couple glasses of a new Cab Shiraz I bottled today. Ran out of wine with the 30th bottle about 2/3's full. That usually happens - so I get to drink the partial. Turned out pretty good. It's been bulk aging a little over 8 month's so it's pretty tasty.

A fresh cup of strong, black coffee to keep company with this good Brick House Maduro that is still going strong after an hour and 45 minutes.

just put away a double of my version of an Old Fashion....getting pretty good at making them I think.
2 oz whisky of choice (Green Spot) 1/4 oz simple syrup 1/4 oz Patron Orange Liquor bitters to taste Shake over ice 30 seconds Pour over large ice cube, garnish with organic cherry.
You can use Maple Knob Creek and they taste like pancake syrup.....yummy

Alice Cooper is a local guy, son of a Baptist Preacher, and he has regular bible studies. He is benevolent in the community and gives back to others. This a fundraising event with a local dairy that I frequent by my work, to help kids in a free musical workshop. The chocolate milk is great.

He seemed to enjoy it. I didn't. Do you know what an outdoor concert in SE Texas is like in August??? Especially for a 68 year old man?? It didn't help that the opening acts were just noise. Halestorm I think and some other band with extra amplifiers. Never was a Cooper fan, though I did like 18 and a couple of other songs. I have heard that he's a good guy. PS : I'm up on you by 1100! 😜😅🤠
