As long as you’re ok Dewayne. I don’t remember that tea when I was last in Africa. I do remember drinking a lot of herbal and loose teas in Egypt and Sudan. I looked up the spelling. Rooibos. It’s also called “red bush tea” and it grows in South Africa. I have some black tea from Turkey that my son brought me back from deployment over there. I really like that too, although I can’t read the bag. But I suspect it has a lot of caffeine. LOL... cheers brother. Have a great evening.👍😁

Nothing. I had to cut back my caffeine drastically all of a sudden. Started having scary heart episodes, figured out it was the pot of coffee a day, along with sweet tea and Dr Pepper. Cut back to 1 or 2 cups a day, and it all went away. When I was in Africa, I discovered a hot tea I really enjoyed, called rooibos (sp?). It ihas no caffeine, so I’m going to order some and start drinking that hot. In the meantime, my milk consumption has gone through the roof. My wife had a scare a couple of years ago. Turns out she was taking a diet supplement and a couple of caffeine pills every day. Doctor said to quit and the symptoms went away.

Opened a bottle of homemade Amarone wine. Enjoyed it with a sharp cheddar cheese and triscuits. It's 1 year old now. Tasting pretty good, but needs to mellow a bid more.

Opened a bottle of dry red wine tonight - Luzon from Jumilla, Spain. Usually a very good wine. This time I noticed the cork was discolored. It didn't taste great, but drinkable (but bland). But then the aftertaste hit me. BITTER! Poured it out and opened another of the same. Same stained cork. Same bitterness. Poured it out too. I've got one more bottle of this. It'll probably need dumped too. I've consumed a lot of wine, but this is the first time I've ever poured one out because it had gone bad. These are only a 2015 vintage. Bought 8 or 10 bottles back in ~2016. I'd say this vintage peaked in ~3 years, then went downhill fast. Opened a bottle of a dry red called "Colossal Reserva" (2014) - rated a 91 by Wine Spectator magazine. It's great. On another note: My wife bought me an early birthday present.

Decided to switch it up from my usual Sam Winter Lager. Grabbed a six-pack of Victory Brewing, Merry Monkey. Belgian-style holiday ale, with notes of cranberry, orange peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Not too bad. Similar notes to Sam Winter, but more pronounced in this.

Melon flavored sparkling water with vodka Turn in your Man Card. I would but I'm afraid, at this point, that I may stumble upon the way. 😉

Grabbed a box of Hot Chocolate k-cups yesterday. Seeing Ed's morning posts gave me a hankering for it. Just made myself a cup. Not bad... would be better with some Cognac added.

Not in the glass...in the can. Fosters Lager If you ever see me drinking it in the glass, that means I have a Keg-e-rator and have serious problems. I buy the big cans of Foster's and, as with all other beers, poor it into a glass. I enjoy seeing the color and the head. I like the aroma. I just like it out of a glass, or stein or flagon, or bull horn. Bought some pilsner glasses today after remembering this post. Turned out they were 16oz. Too big for regular 12oz cans/bottles - so I had to buy some 16oz cans. You are right. Much better than drinking out of a can or bottle.
