Wow, Dewayne... It sounds like you are in for a great week with the family. It is a shame that the Marine couldn’t make it home.
I imagine that your wife’s maternal nature be going full blown to have the kids all together.... happy as a clam I suspect.

Yeah, she's already been out with the babies (1yo and 3yo) to feed the chickens and say hello to the horses. She's read 'em books, made 'em breakfast, fixed 'em treats...all in the last couple of hours 😆. She's in heaven.

How many shots does it take to smoke a turkey? 2 bloody Mary’s and a Fosters Oilcan. Iced tea from here on out.

Mixed up the first batch of wine in a while. It's a Strawberry wine - for the wife - but awhile back she drank too much strawberry wine and now she's not sure she'll ever drink it again. I told her that I had already bought the kit so I'm going to make it and she's going to drink it or give it away.

I had an old coworker that made black raspberry wine - I bought quite a few bottles from him. In a few years I hope to start making my own wine.

imgur.com/a/BrpjjOXI made this rack today for my pipes and tobacco. Not huge but I have plenty of room to grow right now I saw a picture of one like this on google, so I took a screenshot and built it quick this afternoon.

Care they pair me with has a monthly payment more than 3 times what I sad I needed!!!

Are you sure one of your cats just didn’t attack you instead? LOL... didn’t your mom not tell you about playing with scissors? In all seriousness, be careful brother and shite happens.

Care they pair me with has a monthly payment more than 3 times what I sad I needed!!! The best car purchase I have ever had was through an auto broker that bought cars at auction and flipped his purchasers older cars. He suggested what bank to use, easy with low interest rates, and it was all done on one sheet of paper. Dealerships make it unnecessarily complex with all the documents, they can hide the devil in the details. Brian was a no BS kind of guy when we dealt with him. www.idealcarbuying.com/

Getting some work out of the way and will be heading out to do a store and liquor run in preparation for the holiday. Was just looking at the rates to send my brother in Texas some homemade pasta sauce. Holy hell, overnight aint cheap. Oh well, hope he enjoys it, that's gonna be some expensive sauce, lol.

Accidentally stabbed my finger with sisors today. Now sore and swollen I will be phoning doctor in the morning for a tetnis shot. I have been pulling vines off the trees and fence around the property, and for some reason I always neglect to put on gloves. I have thorns in all but 2 fingers. No signs of infection, but they are sore as heck.

I officially pulled the plug and tendered a resignation letter. Last week's run into El Paso was just too much, and when I do get back to the yard, the self serving duo make life around them miserable. A lot of passive aggressive nonsense along with actions taken that increase my workload. I interviewed with an industrial plumbing company that would be local (Inside of Arizona, 90% of the work in the PHX metropolitan area)...cautiously optimistic.
The three people in management that I tendered my resignation all responded very nice, and my immediate boss told me that I performed stellar work under challenging circumstances and that I will be missed. The bosses all there are cool, they just have to manage operations with what they have, and other departments have just taken on so many accounts, it is just overwhelming out in the field.
