Me too. Having a couple of 5 year old Pop tarts for a snack. The Pop-Tart is nature's most perfect food. Still as good as new!

If memory serves me correctly it’s extremely salty. Yes? I bought a variety pack. The double salt is supposed to be saltiest but I haven’t tried those yet. Just been eating these. Their pretty tasty.

SLices of Tennessee Country Ham simmering in water with cloves and sliced orange.
Not sure if this will end up in a samitch with Tillamook WHite Cheddar or into soup with beans.

One more or less “substantial” meal a day for me. So, since it was lunch today, tonight it was... tapas food. Sorta. Grilled sausage on wheat crackers, topped with pepper cheese, and walnut pieces lightly soaked in balsamic. Accompanied by my vintage vino da tavola, at least three days old. Tasty, sufficient, and repeatable.

Does the Shackleton scotch stand up on it's own aside from the hype? I have no complaints, but I'm hardly a connoisseur. Most of the time I drink the Kirkland/Costco blended stuff and save the Macallan and Lagavulin for special occasions. The Shackleton has a deep, smooth smoky flavor and the sweetness you'd expect from a Highland malt.
