No supper tonight. No lunch. Just feeling up to eating.
Made my grain combo: oat grouts, red lentils and brown rice. I enjoy it plain or with add ons but not tonight.

Feeling mire like my old self.
Dinner was 6 ounce Burger patty with diced Jalapeño, diced onion and herbs and spices cooked in George Foreman's Grill. Came out better than the iron pan which tends to dry the burger out. Diced potatoes with diced zucchini and a lot of fresh ground pepper cooked in olive oil in an iron skillet. One small tomato eaten whole.

Our friend Marlena made homemade pierogi. She sent a batch over to us and we cooked them up tonight. I fried up some bacon and did some caramelized onion. Hit the spot. I love Polish ravioli!!!

My daughter made a homemade chicken pot pie. It was fantastic. She’s moving out in 10 days, heading back to Kentucky to be near her sisters. Looks like I’m gonna have to fill the freezer with frozen pizzas while Shweetie is working 😆

A really tasty omelet of the diced potatoes and zucchini from last night to which was added fine diced Country Ham, beaten eggs and lots of White Cheddar Cheese. Crispy on the outside and moist and cheesy on the inside.
