Walks & WAYS done earlier. To be Schwan #481 (3) toaster pancakes, one cycle. Add usuals & nuke to plate of mess. Add k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room, eat & continue with the papers. Probably no lunch today unless "work" up an appetite

We are close friends. I like her partner (my replacement). He is a better dancer but all thumbs with tools and fixing stuff. LOL! Life is too short not to be happy!

My new favorite breakfast: two eggs fried over medium, a red chile pork tamale heated in the same skillet with clarified butter turning the exterior crispy.
Sorry, no pics. I got hungry!

Just had a ham sandwich, a couple of olives and a few potato chips.
Chicken breast, scalloped potatoes and acorn sqash. A spinach salad with berries and walnuts on the side. Don't forget the vinegarett. Dinner is going to be a little bit later tonight.

Slices of Tennessee Country Ham in the skillet with large diced apples and closed, simmering in water. Man, that is Heaven.

Life throws things at us and sometimes we screw up, but that’s no reason for anger and hurtfulness. J’ai refuse.

Nepal style Pepperoni pizza from Trader Joe’s I don’t know what Nepal style means but it is good. I am guessing a misprint. Should have been "Napoli"? A Nepal pizza would have Yak Sausage and Yak butter on a Naan. LOL

I am in process of producing a meal with Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, acorn squash and red cabbage.
Lunch was the last of the beans from some time ago with extra ham simmered in water with apples and cloves which is recent. I had to take a nap afterwards!

I've said it brfore, and I'll say it again; I'm a cranberry junky...my eating habits should be on a different path ,heading for the smaller man that lives inside me, but there's a cranberry cake about to pop out of the oven ,and come hell or high water ,I'm gonna have a little slice. We were gifted a few slices the other day ,and my wife promptly went to Food Lion for everything she needed to make one. I'm telling myself that you can't steer clear of everything you like, and it's the amount you eat that's the real evil for guys like me... truth is, I have been doing better ,drinking much more water, no sodas, no chips of candy in the house...let em eat cake! well, a little cake is better that a midnight raid on the ice box.

Haven't seen her since. Nobody has. Divorced her through the mail. Sometimes I tease my present wife that she better be careful. They never did find my first wife's body.

I love cranberries. I had some in the refer bottom tray for a year and they were still edible. I dried them and added to scones I made. They are kind of a miracle.

Broccoli & Cheddar Fritata ... basically Quiche without the crust and firmer eggs. These are super easy to make and any combo of your favorite ingredients works.

Traditional bacon and eggs for lunch.
After lunch I start making beef stew in cast iron. Not sure what to smoke while the stew is stewing. Pipe or cigar... such hard decision to make on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Mini naan toasted in a pan with butter. Remove. Egg fried over medium in butter. Remove. Place on naan. Fold in half. Consume. Perfect mid-day snack.
